Return of purchased goods

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you can cancel your purchase without stating a reason up to 14 days from the date of receipt.

To do so:

1. Re-pack the parcel - the returned product must not have any signs of use and must be in its original packaging with all its contents
2. Attach the completed Return of Goods form to the parcel, which can be downloaded here
3. Let us know about the incoming parcel at contact@ragistore.com
4. Send the parcel to: RAGI Katarzyna Łupińska, Nędzy Kubińca 105C, 34-511 Kościelisko
5. Within 7 days of receiving the returned goods, we will transfer the full amount for the order to your account.

Complaining abaut faulty products

To do this:

1. Pack the advertised product and send it to the address RAGI Katarzyna Łupińska, Nędzy Kubińca 105C, 34-511 Kościelisko
2. Attach a completed complaint form to the parcel, which you can download here
3. Let us know about the incoming parcel at contact@ragistore.com
4. We will process each complaint no longer than 14 days from the day we receive the complaint. After this time, you will be informed by email about how the complaint has been dealt with
